Holds department managers responsible for instituted monthly and annual objective and financial goals.
Makes sure that departments hold to budgeted revenue and expense objectives.
Authorizes all major departmental expenditures.
Maintain records, controls and requests reports from others within dealership to assess dealership performance.
Creates and facilitates the operating procedures and policies for dealership.
Balances the expectations and demands of customers, employees, suppliers, owners, and community.
Offers coordination and focus for all areas of dealership operation.
Handles customer complaints sensibly, showing empathy and a constructive attitude.
Addresses customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
